Processing Times

Please allow upto 10 working days for your order to be dispatched. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible but during busy periods we may need to use all of this time.


UK Domestic Postage

We use Royal Mail 2nd class for all of our UK orders. Please allow an additional 5 working days on top of our processing time for the delivery of your order. Delays to delivery services can occur, particularly during busy times such as December.

International Postage

We use Royal Mail international standard (untracked) service as standard for all large letters (orders under 0.75kg). We charge for tracking as standard on all orders weighing more than .75kg (small parcels). We may use a service other then Royal Mail for parcels ordered to the U.S. Generally, items arrive 7-15 working days after they are dispatched but please allow a further 6 week period before contacting us as there can sometimes be delays to international services. Please note, we do not collect or handle any customs taxes, please check the rules set by the government of your own locality as to whether or not you will be charged fees by them on the items you order from overseas.

Refunds and Returns

We ensure all of our items are packaged in perfect condition but please contact us if you experience any issues.

Returns & Exchanges

If you want to return an item after receiving it we will refund the item price if you are able to return it in its original condition. Please note this does not apply to our ideas books, these are non refundable as it is the ideas we are selling, we cannot offer refunds once the books have been received. Downloads are also non- refundable. We are not able to refund outgoing postage costs or provide return postage if the item has arrived as described.

Undeliverable Mail

If an item is returned to us due to the address being entered incorrectly by the customer or if the carrier was unable to deliver and the customer did not collect the parcel from the depot, we will offer to resend once if the delivery address is in the UK. For overseas orders, unfortunately we cannot afford to pay for the postage twice and so we will refund the item price and the customer will have the option to repeat the order.

Lost Parcels:

Delays may occur but it is very unlikely that an item will become lost as anything undeliverable will be sent back to us. Royal Mail asks for a period of 6 weeks after the estimated delivery date of an item before they will consider a compensation claim. On the rare occasion that you have placed an order that does not arrive 6 weeks after the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will provide you with the evidence you need to make a claim. We provide tracking with all parcels so please refer to these details also.
